The Concierge allows us to be available for you. It also allows for you to have direct communication. No phone tree, no calling a different state or country. Our employees are local to you! Having the ability to talk to a human when calling in has been lost in so many areas of our lives. We are here to change that when it comes to you and your RV!

What is included as a member per year:

• One wet/dry winterize service

• Spring Get Ready service: furnace service, fridge service, AC service and filter clean (one included), water heater service, lube axles, oven/cooktop service, hinge point lube, Interior and exterior lighting check and safety systems inspection. We also lube slide seals and inspect the slide tracks. Inspect axles and suspension and frame components. We inspect all roof and sidewall seals. We check the propane system and Lastly we check the charging system and batteries.

• Clackamas RV will provide Paper work with service history. We will also provide photos throughout its life, and will do take photos at every appointment. This is an absolutely amazing tool at the time of sale or to help for trade evaluations.

• We’re available by phone, text, email, or video: SOS calls!

• Only OEM quality sealants will be used

  We’re just getting started on all the benefits for the Concierge members! Every Spring Get Ready will include a refresher walk through. We will show you how to use the components on your RV. It’s always a great feeling doing a refresher walk through!
  
  We will schedule and meet 3-4 times a year: Winter, Spring Get Ready, and Summer Service Savings! Being included as a member will also save you $450 a year in mobile service fees over non-members. It’s a convenient way to save money on mobile fees. Since our team will be out to service your RV 3-4 times per year already, this is the perfect opportunity to add any other needed repairs and SAVE $$. All well never having to bring it into the dealer.

  The best part about the Concierge program? Every time your RV is being serviced. We will inspect the roof and it’s sealants!!! That means we inspect your RV and all the sealants every 90-120 days. THIS IS REQUIRED PER THE MANUFACTURE. Best insurance or extended warranty you’ll ever have!! No one wants to be in an RV with rot and mold!!
